The living room centers on a mounted flat-screen with surround sound, and sliding doors lead to a deck with lounge seating, a grill, and a front-row view of skiers coming down the bypass. The kitchen is built for group cooking — a large island with breakfast bar seating for three, Viking appliances, a built-in fridge, and a dining room that seats six beneath a picture window framing the ridgeline. - Telluride experiences "off-seasons" in the spring and fall. Many services are not available to travelers. Please check activities/restaurants/home amenities, etc. when booking these dates.
- When renting this home in the winter we recommend 4x4 vehicles and chains, as the property is located at the bottom of an incline. The road is plowed regularly however due to ice build-up it is very slick.
- Please note; As a ski town, many construction projects happen around town all summer. Working hours are 8 am-7 pm.
- Please note that the golf course is members-only, and guests do not have access to it.
- Please note that a Pack'n'Play and a High-Chair are available upon request.

As part of our commitment to being good neighbors, occupancy limits and quiet hours (9pm-8am) are strictly enforced. No speakers or sound systems will be provided for use in our properties. Violation of any noise ordinances will be subject to fines that can reach up to $10,000 per violation.

Events or parties are not allowed without prior written approval and an additional fee. Any unauthorized parties or events will be shut down and a fine will be assessed. Please inquire for more information about our event policies and fees.
