-The person booking the reservation must be present as you are responsible for your guests.

-Check out by 11:00AM, late check out fee: $40. After 1 hour, the fee is the base rate for that day.

-No Smoking inside the house. No marijuana(leaves a strong smell) or illegal drugs. Fee is $300.00 for additional cleaning.

-No firearms allowed

-No pets. If a pet is brought to the house, $1000 additional cleaning fee for each pet. Pet(s) must be immediately removed from the property.

-Guests wary of bugs: Even though we have the house professionally cleaned after each guest and use pest control, we simply can't avoid the occasional critter(s) from breaking in. Leaving windows/doors open allows bugs to enter the home. We don't offer discounts or refunds when this happens.

· **Guests that use the fire pit: Please put out the fire pit with water when you are done. Leaving it alone to burn is a fire hazard.

-Please double check for personal belongings before checkout. We are not responsible for items left behind or mailing them back to you.
