Welcome to 30 Moonshell Road, a wonderful home perfectly located just 0.2 miles from the beach in a quiet Hilton Head neighborhood. The home features a private pool with spa, is dog-friendly, and has a unique in-law suite with secondary kitchen. Because of this, 30 Moonshell is an ideal choice for holidays, family beach trips getaways, or group vacations.
Nestled in Folly Field, a peaceful area of Hilton Head, this property offers privacy while still being close to everything you need. Enjoy the tranquility of a less-crowded beach just a short walk away, or take a quick 3 -mile drive to Shelter Cove for shopping, dining, and entertainment.
The house is designed for comfort and convenience. You will relax and enjoy Hilton Head through 30 Moonshell’s spacious living areas. Each featuring cozy couches, dining spaces, and 2 fully equipped kitchens. Step out onto the screened-in porch for al fresco dining at the additional dining table, or relax in the private fenced backyard with a pool and spa (heating available for an additional fee).
The master bedroom features a king bed with a private, newly remodeled (2025) bathroom. Guests can also find two bedrooms opposite of the living room, each with two twin beds. These rooms share the hall bathroom. On the other end of the home, you will find the in-law suite with a second King bedroom. This bedroom also has a private bathroom.

We enjoyed the pool area and the screened-in porch. The wi-fi was not very good for that size of property.

Very nice stay. Loved the location and the house was just fine. Very clean and dog friendly. The management company was extremely responsive and helpful. The only negative was we were there during Spring Break and the neighbors had a rental with several college students staying there and they were extremely loud. But after they left it was delightful.

Immaculate home with a perfect location! We loved the easy access to the private beach and the luxury of having a hot tub during our winter stay. The house is massive yet cozy, featuring high ceilings and a bonus kitchen/en-suite that would be perfect for big families. The place was fully equipped and clean. Beachside Getaway management was top-notch—super accommodating and responsive throughout our month-long stay. 10/10 would recommend!
