This premium 2-bedroom, 2-bathroom retreat comfortably accommodates up to six guests. The living area is designed for comfort, featuring large windows framing breathtaking mountain views, a floor-to-ceiling rock gas fireplace, and a large flat-screen Smart TV. The well-appointed kitchen boasts spacious marble countertops, stainless-steel appliances, and all the essentials to prepare meals with ease. With seating for four at the dining table and four at the counter, there’s plenty of space to gather and enjoy a home-cooked meal or takeout from one of the many nearby restaurants.
Silverthorne is a hub for outdoor recreation and mountain-town charm. The Blue River Walkway offers a scenic paved path for walking, biking, and fishing, while Rainbow Park provides basketball courts, soccer fields, and playgrounds for all ages. The Silverthorne Recreation Center features pools, waterslides, and a full gym, making it a great spot for families. - Living Room: queen sleeper sofa w/ mattress topper. (sleeps 2)
- Hallway Bathroom: tub/shower.

- No Pets/Smoking.
- A $500 refundable damage deposit will be charged to credit card at check in (for stays less than 30 days).
- For stays of 30 days or longer, a $1,000 refundable damage deposit will be charged to credit card at time of booking.
- Renters must be a minimum of 25 years old.
- Parking: shared tandem-garage with room for 2 mid-sized vehicles, large or oversized vehicles will not fit.

Kitchen was well equipped for preparing meals, condo was modern and clean, the location was centrally located for numerous activities, and the rooftop hot tubs were a nice bonus. Two car garage was appreciated during the winter snow. Management was responsive to requests. Would definitely stay again.

Great condo centrally located to numerous activities. The unit was clean, modern, and spacious. The two-car garage and rooftop hot tubs were great bonuses. The fully stocked kitchen allowed meals to be prepared with ease and the full washer/dryer came in handy to dry ski clothing each day. The beds were comfortable and the building was well secured. The only thing not to like was the unit did not have black out shades/blinds in the living area and 2nd bedroom. It would be quite bright from outside lights/sun. Otherwise, a perfect unit, I would definitely stay again!

We have been doing rentals like this several times a year for many years and this was one of the best that I have stayed in. Everything was in very good condition. Beds were comfortable, appliances were new and kitchen had all that we needed.
