Lavish Desert Retreat is a modern home located in a charming gated community. Stunning views of the golf course, sunsets and clear sky`s with stars to gaze. Short distance to the Empire Polo Grounds that host Coachella & Stagecoach. It`s a short drive away to Palm Springs, Old Town La Quinta, El Paseo, Joshua Tree, and other hot spot attractions. This community features a 27 hole championship golf course.
Located in the upscale community Indian Palms Country Club that is not only gated, but is patrolled 24/7 by security officers. The home includes an attached two car garage, and space for 2 cars in the driveway for any guests that you may have. Enjoy the warm sunrise views overlooking the Mountain golf course. The views this home has are truly breathtaking. Large 5 burner BBQ to cook for the whole family. Luxurious private pool in the backyard for you to enjoy on those hot days.
Indulge in the comfort and tranquility of this fully stocked contemporary kitchen. The space features granite top counters, an open-concept layout, tasteful furnishings and decor. Have a glass of wine while enjoying Netflix on the comfortable sofa and a large flat screen tv. This is an impeccably clean and truly entertaining property. The FULLY stocked kitchen has every cooking essential and plenty of Keurig pods for the coffee maker. This is the place to be in the desert if you are looking for a fun , relaxing, and comfortable vacation!!
This home features a larger Master suite with a large private bathroom. Ultimate comfort with a California King size bed. The 2nd guest room also has a California King size bed, along with bunk beds that have twin over full size beds. The 3rd room has a King size bed. This home has tons of space to bring the entire family together. Huge kitchen with everything you need. Large comfortable couches with a 65” TV for family movie night. Our outdoor space features a BBQ for family cookouts and lovely views.
Guest have access to the community pool/spa, and gym. This home does have a smaller relaxation pool/spa in the backyard
Located in Indian Palms Country Club. Community features a 27 hole championship golf course. It also has a club house for food and drinks.
Due to HOA restrictions, only 4 guest per reservation are permitted to use the community amenities. Please reach out with any questions.
Fire pit is currently not working.
Pool heating fees will apply. There will be a $50 daily pool heating fee, if you choose to heat the pool. Spa heat is complimentary.
Trash day is every Friday morning, if you can take the trash out the night prior and bring back the bin from the street to the side of home once trash has been collected.

By accepting this rental through Airbnb, you are agreeing to be responsible for supervising and assuring safe use of pool and spa for your guests. You are releasing owner for any liability of claims and agree to hold owner harmless from any damages (personal injury or otherwise) to you, your guests or any third party.
You recognize and understand that a Swimming Pool and Spa involve certain risks. Those risks include, but are not limited to, the risk of injury resulting from possible malfunction of the equipment used in the pool and injuries resulting from tripping or falling over obstacles in the pool area. Because the pool is an outdoor pool, no credits will be given if it becomes dirty. However, we can send our pool tech over for an additional clean if necessary.

The open layout with the kitchen and dining room overlooking the golf course was so beautiful! We loved sitting on the patio enjoying the sunset. The kitchen had everything we needed to make multiple family meals. The grill wasnt so good, but we adapted. Also, we all remarked how comfortable the mattresses were, so we were thankful about that. It was easy to get ahold of the property managers for questions. Perfect for our family trip to Joshua Tree and Palm Springs.

The house was well stocked and communication with the host was terrific. They were helpful with navigating the security gates and access, and all communication was prompt and friendly. No issues and location was really convenient for our athletes to get to the Empire Polo Club facilities for their tournament.

We stayed at this property while attending the Indian wells tennis tournament. The house is large and the photos are accurate. The host was very responsive to minor issues that popped up during our stay. The pool and hot tub are very nice and appear fairly new. The rest of the backyard needs to be upgraded.

The house is well located, and the beds are very comfortable. The couch is also a great spot to relax.However, there were a few issues during our stay. The backyard was not as clean as expected, and some items showed a lack of regular maintenance, such as blinds that didn’t function properly and a few burnt-out light bulbs. Additionally, the barbecue grill ran out of propane, and it took a couple of hours for property management to resolve it, which disrupted our lunch plans that day.Overall, a pleasant stay with a few areas that could be improved.
