The backyard features a very clean and usable space for relaxing and eating. The home offers one off street parking space. The neighborhood is centrally located just a 5 minute walk to Railroad Square.

The home is located in West End Neighborhood of Downtown Santa Rosa. This is an urban area. You can walk, ride a bike and take a train to other parts of Sonoma County. You will also be exposed to a wide range of people. The home is located across from a playhouse located in the old cannery. Please note that street parking can be tight at certain times. The neighborhood has wonderful restaurants, a bakery, tap rooms, close to coffee houses and shopping. Just about the most urban area in Sonoma County.

Bike, train, walk.



Other Things to Note:

This home is not in a vineyard it’s in Downtown Santa Rosa. Note quiet hours between 9pm-8am due to city noise ordinance - maximum 4 sleeping guest - 2 daytime visitors. 2 off street parking spaces - Outdoor amplified sound is prohibited, - SVR24-077
