The facility was perfect in every respect except the for the very poor quality of the living room furniture which was past it's prime, totally uncomfortable and in need of a deep cleaning or a new set of furniture. The closet as you come in to the unit was to say the least very messy with left over supplies by previous occupants with dirty dust mops and swiffer handle, the same applies to the laundry closet, not very encouraging. The bathrooms were passable but could use a deep scrubbing (mold). The saving grace is the location, couldn't ask for better. We tried using one of the 5 phones in the unit, not one was serviceable which would be terrible in an emergency, not plugged in plus they had the wrong batteries, should be rechargeable AA batteries, the display indicates that the wrong ones are in the 5 units.
