Casa Rosa Arancio is a Costa Paradiso villa located on the northern coast of Sardinia.
The holiday home in Sardinia is part of six villas built in typical Sardinian style, located in a unique position overlooking the sea. This accommodation is the perfect Sardinia villa rental, ideal for a relaxing beach holiday. It is located just 450 meters from the sea and 1600 meters from the splendid sandy Li Cossi beach, which is one of the most beautiful and fascinating on the island. Other small bays are located 800 meters from the house where you can swim, snorkel or simply sunbathe. The holiday apartment has a magnificent sea view, and a large outdoor area, perfect for outdoor dining or a barbecue with family or friends. The Mediterranean scrub surrounds the whole area and allows you to enjoy its natural scents of rosemary, juniper and strawberry tree. The pool is equipped with a chaise-longue for sunbathing and an outdoor shower.

Casa Rosa Arancio is a holiday home in Sardinia that can accommodate up to five people.
The house is spread over two floors. On the lower floor, there is a living room with a kitchenette, which also includes a sofa bed, and a terrace with a barbecue and a breathtaking sea view.
The sleeping area is located on the upper floor and consists of two bedrooms, one with a double bed and one with twin beds—and a bathroom equipped with a washing machine.
The bedrooms open onto a large and wonderful terrace with a shared swimming pool, furnished with sun loungers for ultimate relaxation.
The property includes one private parking space for our guests.
Pets are allowed upon request at an additional cost of €100.00 per pet.
Extra services on request:
Bed linen and towels (initial set) (on request): 20.00€ per person
Credit card security deposit (mandatory): 500.00€
Table seat (on request): 50.00€ per child
Baby cot (on request): 50.00€ per child
Pool towels (on request): 8.00€ per person
Pets (on request): 100.00€ per pet
Arrival after standard time (on request): 30.00€
Arrival after standard time (after 22:00) (on request): 50.00€
In the event of arrivals after midnight, the possibility of a late check-in must be confirmed by our staff, and an additional fee of up to €150 will apply.
Please note: The pool is usually open from 15 May to 15 October, however, opening and closing dates are subject to general weather conditions and the approval of other neighbours.
NOTE: in case of cancellation within the terms in which a refund is due, the handling fee of €25.00 will be deducted in addition to the transfer costs

We stayed in the apartment for 12 days at the end of June. We really loved it and for us was very hard to leave.
There was Stunning view from the very large terrace. Large and spacious apartment on two floors. Private access to the pool. Large pool with shade and sun beds. Very well-equipped kitchen. Large fridge with freezer. The village has a well-stocked shop, bakery, butcher, fishmonger and several bars and restaurants. Privat parking. There are beautiful beaches in this area.
I must also praise Mrs. Rina, who welcomed us in the middle of the night and was available for various questions and explanations throughout our vacation.

We stayed 5 nights in Costa Paradiso with two parents and two older teens. This area of Sardinia is truly stunning with natural beauty. The apartment had a great view of the ocean and direct access to a well maintained pool. Our time was spent between nearby villages, vineyards, and the Li Cossi beach on the property. The resort did not feel very crowded even during July, perhaps August is busier. Our only issue was the lack of Air Conditioning on the hottest week of 2023 with temperatures well above 40 degrees. The apartment did not actually list AC as a feature but we had seen a (non-functioning) unit in the picture online so assumed incorrectly. The staff including Rina was very understanding and helped us to switch to another unit which maybe wasn't quite as impressive but did have functioning AC. This would not have been an issue with normal summer temperatures (30-35) given the good ventilation and sea breeze but was just too much for us in the heat wave. I do highly recommend a rental car as things inside and outside the resort are very spread out. The roads in Saridinia (our first visit) also present a great opportunity to practive your driving skill as there is very little straight and flat autostrada and almost entirely curvy mountain road sometimes filled with goats / sheep etc. I highly recommend paying for full insurance on a rental car. I would like to try to come back some day in Late Spring or Early Fall to try out hiking in cooler temps.

Casa vacanza carina e confortevole, con vista mare e piscina (condivisa). Ottimo soggiorno, anche la zona di Costa Paradiso ci è piaciuta molto, la spiaggia di Li Cossi è sicuramente un must della zona!
