"Excellent stay in this beautiful home! Location was great and it was incredibly clean. Hot tub was a perk and the the kitchen was well appointed. Lots of towels both bath and beach. "Where to start - Upon arrival the home was absolutely beautiful and the lake view was awesome. The kitchen was fully stocked, one of the most stocked I have seen. "The house was perfect for our family. We spent most of our time on the large back patio enjoying the beautiful view of the lake. The cove was peaceful and very quiet. Plenty of parking and space enough for truck and boat/ trailer. The kitchen is large and had everything we needed to cook family meals. The bedrooms were spacious with very comfortable beds. Plenty of bathrooms with amenities such as shampoo, conditioner, and body wash provided. Check in process was easy and communication with host was excellent." - Adrian, May 2026

The kids all had a great time going out on the lake and polar plunging into the lake. The zip line was a highlight for the kids. "Absolutely beautiful property right on the lake! We enjoyed the wonderful views, the nicely landscaped and manicured yard, the covered patio, the hot tub and the fishing. The layout of the house was great and being a single story layout made everything convenient. I especially enjoyed the kitchen with the coffee nook. It was so spacious that it made cooking easy. - Bring Your Boat - Put boat in at Tom Fuller Park, 3 miles away, and then park trailer at the Retreat at Watts Bar property. The ride from the boat ramp to the property is about 1 mile where you can then tie boat up to the side of the dock (as owner uses the private slip).
- Water Levels - Regulated by TVA, so standard timeframe for water, up to the water wall, is April 15 to at least October 15
- Complimentary Lake Toys: Enjoy the 2 kayaks, 2 stand-up paddleboards, tubes and pool float for endless water fun.
- Private Hot Tub: Unwind in the hot tub with stunning lake views.

Where to start. Before booking the host was easy to communicate with and very responsive. Upon arrival the home was absolutely beautiful and the lake view was awesome. We were a party of 5 and we had local relatives join us to visit and there was plenty of room. The kitchen was fully stocked, one of the most stocked I have seen. This was an absolutely beautiful home and close to our local family. we will be coming back. The only downside, which is out of the owners control, is the phone connectivity. We were there to get away but the lack of signal was a bit frustrating. But, that is what you get in the mountains. The beds were very comfortable and plenty of outdoor seating to enjoy the lake and the osprey and we even think we saw a baby bear cub on the hill across the lake. Thank you for sharing your wonderful home.

The house was perfect for our family while attending the TN Bass Nation High School Championship. We spent most of our time on the large back patio enjoying the beautiful view of the lake. The cove was peaceful and very quiet. Plenty of parking and space enough for truck and boat/ trailer. The kitchen is large and had everything we needed to cook family meals. The bedrooms were spacious with very comfortable beds. Plenty of bathrooms with amenities such as shampoo, conditioner, and body wash provided. Only minor issue we had was hair dryer was listed as an amenity, but we never found one. Luckily, another person in our party was coming the following day, and was able to bring one. Check in process was easy and communication with host was excellent. We will definitely book again for Bass Nation fishing tournaments at Watts Bar.

The house was clean, had everything we needed and was just as described. I do feel the management company needs to get back to guests . When I called them, they never answered the phone. I always had to leave a message and wait for them to get back with me. The "book" in the living room needs to be updated with the correct hot tub instructions. The front door key code lock system is on a timer. If you are arriving earlier than 4:00, you may need a different code to get in.
