The holiday apartment with lake view is located on the first floor and impresses guests with a beautiful mountain view. The 50 m² accommodation consists of a living room, a well-equipped kitchen, one bedroom, and one bathroom, and accommodates two people. Amenities also include high-speed Wi-Fi (suitable for video calls) and a smart TV with streaming service. The holiday apartment features a private balcony where you can relax in the evenings.

The house is located in a very quiet area of Unteruhldingen at the edge of the forest, away from tourist crowds, yet only a 10-minute walk and less than 1 km from the Lake Constance shore. The hillside property offers mountain and lake views, and the garden invites you to relax in the greenery with a seating area. We offer two accommodations. As hosts who love nature and good food, we are always exploring our beautiful surroundings. Do you have questions about activities such as stand-up paddling, sailing, motorboat trips, diving, climbing, hiking, cycling, or archery? Or do you need tips for excursions or restaurants? Feel free to ask us – we are happy to share our local knowledge with you. The natural beach, harbor with Lake Constance shipping pier, free lido with adventure playground, lakeside promenade with restaurants and ice cream parlor, and UNESCO World Heritage pile dwellings are only about a 10-minute walk away.
