Kitchen and Dining Area
The kitchen features stainless steel appliances, a breakfast bar with two barstools, and all the essentials you need to prepare meals. There is also a dining room table with seating for six.

Living Room
The living room features a large couch, recliners, and a flat screen TV. The living room has sliding glass doors that open to the waterfront balcony.

Master Suite
The master suite features a king-size bed, nightstands, and flat screen TV. The master bathroom has a single vanity sink and tub/shower combo.

The second bedroom features a queen-sized bed, night stands, flat screen TV, and a full size pull out bed.

The third bedroom features two twin size beds, a nightstand, and a small flat screen TV.

Outside
This condo features a beautiful balcony with gorgeous views of the main channel. There is a patio table and lounge chairs. This complex is famous for all the turtles that can be seen swimming around the cove from the balcony.

Neighborhood Description
The Emerald Bay Condominium Complex offers access to two pools and a tennis court. Spend the day fishing off the community dock, and enjoy the abundance of turtles swimming around the cove right from your balcony. The complex is located on Horseshoe Bend, just minutes from the Bagnell Dam Strip, which offers amazing restaurants, family fun, and nightlife experiences. Just a hop and a skip away from all the shopping bars and dining experiences of Osage Beach.

To abide by all legal requirements and building security rules, you will be asked to provide a copy of your official government-issued photo ID, confirm your contact information, provide a valid credit card with a name that matches your ID, pass through our verification portal and, in some instances, complete a criminal background check.

Please be advised that you will be asked to sign a rental usage agreement that governs the terms of the stay. You will also be required to pay a refundable damage deposit of $250 before check-in. By completing the reservation you agree to the following:

• You acknowledge that you will be required to provide a copy of a valid government-issued ID and matching credit card prior to check-in.
• You acknowledge that you may be required to undergo a background check if mandated by the property management company or the building, as stated in accordance with your rental agreement and condition of the booking.
• You understand that your check-in instructions might be withheld until you have successfully completed our verification portal.
• You understand that your check-in instructions might be withheld until you have added a payment method in your guest portal for the damage deposit.
