Enjoy the 4 minute walk to the crystal clear water & white sand beaches of the emerald coast! Walk down our boardwalk, cross the street & have direct access to enter the beach at Public Access Point #1.
This is a quiet, 2nd floor unit, close to Stewby's Seafood & walking distance to other food and shopping establishments. Just a short 10 minute drive to Destin to visit Crab Island, water rentals & more shopping!
Master bedroom boasts new carpet, new paint, and King bed with a brand new Casper mattress! The 2nd bedroom also has new carpet & paint and has 1 new Full bed & 1 new Twin bed. A blow up mattress is also available for use.
The kitchen is fully stocked with everything you'll need to prepare a meal. We have a coffee maker, toaster, blender, stove, microwave, dishwasher and a new washer & dryer!
*please note: we've included pictures of every room, including the outside path to the beach. This property is a beach bargain for families that want to be close to the beach without spending a fortune & conveniently located to everything on Okaloosa Island!

To start make sure your GPS takes you to the correct spot (not the building before the location). That is what happened to me after trying for a long you time trying to get access to the wrong apartment seems funny now. After my frustration and talking to the property owner it was noticed I was in the wrong spot. VRBO and the owner were great. Apartment was clean very nice and very accommodating. There is nothing negative I can say only make sure to look at the address on the building it self. Don’t try to enter the wrong property. Over all it was a great place for me and the family to stay

Overall, this was a good unit. It was very clean and perfect for 3 adults one baby. However, we had issues with check in. Upon arrival at 4:30 after a long day of travel, the code would not work. Had to message the host and was given the response that check-in is not until 4:00. I replied that it was 4:30 and he apologized, he thought it was a different rental and sent someone over to change the code. After that, we still had a difficult time getting in because of how hard the key pad was to work and the door was to open/close. On top of this, when leaving, we had to hold the door shut for roughly 30 seconds In order for it to lock properly every single time. We also had bought a pack-n-play for my baby and upon arrival found that the unit had one. Great, but wish it had been mentioned
