This cozy 2.5-bedroom, 3-bath townhome, sleeps 6, in Kimball Junction is the perfect Park City getaway. Enjoy scenic views or explore the Swaner Nature Preserve trail from your doorstep. Just 5 minutes to the iconic Olympic Ski Jump and 10 minutes to Canyons Village lift, with plenty of free parking. Walk to shops, restaurants, and the grocery store, or catch the bus right outside. Access all major ski resorts(wood ward,park city,deer valley) in 5-10 minutes, and the airport is 25 minutes away.

Our place is right on the line between Park CIty, UT and Kamas, UT. This means that you are smack in the middle of access between the Uinta Mountain Range and the Wasatch Mountain Range. There are amazing restaurants in both directions, bars, and outdoor activities abound.
The home has an attached one car garage for guest use. There is also a parking lot for the units directly across from the home. From the home, you can walk to restaurants, coffee shops, bars, grocery stores, and more.

Beautiful views across the Swaner Nature Preserve and to the mountains and hills beyond! Walkability score is off the charts. Enjoy concerts, shopping, and dining. Minutes drive to Canyons, PCMR or Deer Valley for world class skiing. Rent one of the towns many electric bikes to ride on paved paths directly outside the back door, check out sights like the Olympic Park, or Downtown Park City!
Private garage parking with plenty of guest parking. This home is best in class!
One car attached garage gives you the convenience of parking your car and driving 5 minutes to the ski resort.
Kitchen is beautifully equipped and appointed. Living room has new flat screen television, gas stove, and 38 bottle wine fridge.
First floor full bathroom, 2nd floor bedrooms with baths.
Master bedroom beautifully appointed with private balcony. Full size bunk beds are perfect for children, grand-children, and grown adults alike. Final guestroom fitted with queen bed and television.
Park City is the perfect place to explore the outdoors, and you are only steps away. View of the Olympic Park can be seen from the front door!!
There are endless activities to do from this home.
World Class Skiing: Deer Valley, Park City, Canyons, Sundance, all within 5-30 minutes drive. If you drive an hour, Snowbird, Alta, Solitude, Brighton await. Two Hours, Powder Mountain, Snow Basin.
Flyfish the Provo River or any of the numerous Uinta lakes and local reservoirs.
Mountain Bike directly out the door onto paved paths, with easy access to Park City’s renowned mountain bike trail system.
Hiking right off the porch, or explore the Wasatch and Uinta mountain Ranges for longer adventures.

One thing to note: The bunk room is a converted loft. Guest walk through the bunk room to access the third guest room which houses a queen bed. This set up is perfect for families, and relatives.

Everything was perfect. It’s a great location and I loved having my morning coffee on the deck looking out over the preserve. The kitchen was well stocked and equipped. There were a few sloppy cleaning details but I would likely stay again.
