We had a great stay here and enjoyed the proximity to all of our destinations. The accomodations were clean and comfortable.

Our adult children and granddaughter enjoyed our stay. We enjoyed sightseeing during the day and family time in the evenings playing games. It was a huge bonus that our 2 golden doodle dogs were able to come along. Beautiful cabin with breathtaking views. Owners quickly responded to any questions.

Grateful for this great place to hang out in on colder days (great games, equipped kitchen, clean hot tub, great views) and to use as home base for exploring the area (outlet malls, tons of restaurants, and the national park are all easy to get to). We had a great stay!

Having vacationed in this area before, we wanted a house away from the crazy traffic and congestion of Pigeon Forge and Gatlinburg, but within driving distance of the park, Dollywood, etc. In addition, many of the rentals in the area are older, dank, etc. Not this one.
The new construction was perfect. It had everything we needed. It was a short drive to Townsend and the less-crowded access to the national park, along with a simple drive to Pigeon Forge if you want to partake in that. The entire Wears Valley area is charming and quiet. A great house.
One note... I did not read carefully enough that this was a duplex. We were fortunate that the other unit was unoccupied, but I could imagine some of the charm being gone if there are noisy neighbors.
