The carpeted bedroom features a spacious king-size bed (200 X 150 cm), a roomy wardrobe, two bedside tables, and two bedside lamps. The bathroom has a bathtub.
The living room has a comfortable sofabed accommodating up to 2 people. An approximately 50-inch TV also allows for an immersive viewing experience.
The kitchen has all the necessary amenities, including a dishwasher, a washer/dryer and a Nespresso machine. It is well-equipped with all the utensils and appliances needed for short or long stays.
Additionally, the apartment features a covered, furnished balcony with two garden chairs and a coffee table.
Another advantage of this apartment is the underfloor heating throughout all the rooms. Each room has a thermostat for temperature control.

A sound detector linked to a professional security company has been installed in the flat, and CCTV cameras are active in the common areas of the building for an added layer of security.
