The cottage has plenty of parking within steps of the beach. The upstairs unit has a balcony with seating for two and beach sight lines. The cottage is located between 7th and 8th with two access points to the beach: the public access at Kooky Coconut on 8th or the public access on 7th. The short walk to the beach does not require road crossing (see the map for beach access points).

Everything is well-maintained for your comfort. Please keep the property clean during your stay.

This unit was perfect fit for my wife and I. Terrific location and just a short walkto the beach. The available chairs, umbrella and wagon were a big plus. If you have any worries about the window AC's, don't worry about that. They worked outstanding and it was about a gazillion degrees outside. We only had a few questions for Mike, but he was readily available and replied almost instantly. We also talked to the housekeeper and she was fantastic as well. We would stay here again 100%...no question.

Small, but perfect for a smaller family! King bed was very comfortable, twin bed is in main bedroom. Kitchen has everything needed to cook. Window unit AC was great for keeping room colder at night. Walk to the beach is very short! Overall was great. Would come back again!

Such a clean little unit! Quick walk to the beach, and not much further to walk to crabby bills or CVS. Plenty of beach chairs to choose from to take to the beach in a wagon. We enjoyed our weekend stay!

The host was a bit difficult to reach when I had a question, but a week later we finally got in touch. The location is a short walk to the beach and had all the beach items that we needed. There were a lot of clean bath towels which was good. We were on the ground floor of the unit and could hear everyone upstairs, coming and going which was a bit disappointing. The house itself was cute but no storage whatsoever. There was no dresser or nightstands with drawers but had a trundle bed in the master that had 3 drawers but couldn’t use them because they wouldn’t pull open all the way and the inside of the drawers were covered in dust and hair, so would of had to clean them if were able to use them. We had to live out of suitcases for a week. There is no storage cabinets in the kitchen for any food items, so we had to leave whatever food we bought sitting on a countertop. And if you cooked a meal, you would either have to sit outside where there was a table and share it with the tenants upstairs, or hold your plate on your lap. The bathroom also had no storage for except a small little table that you had to pile everything on. Overall, the stay was fine, but could use a good deep cleaning. Probably wouldn’t rent again.
