You'll have unrestricted access to the entire property.
Other things to note
➡ Party Policy : No party organization allowed. Significant charges will apply for non-compliance with this rule. In case of complaints from neighbors or the police, tenants will be asked to leave immediately, with no possibility of reimbursement. The security deposit will be retained. Please respect the neighborhood's tranquility. Thank you.
➡ Identity Verification : A piece of identification with the same name as the reservation will be requested and copied on our phone to prevent fraud.
➡ Children and Babies : Limited to 1 baby (under two years old) free of charge. If you have multiple babies, they will need to be added as "children."
➡ Please do not hang your laundry on windowsills or outside.
Arrival Day and Supplements :
Check-ins are generally between 3:00 PM and 8:00 PM, and check-outs are before 11:00 AM.
Supplements for late arrivals :
- Between 8:00 PM and 10:00 PM: €30 supplement.
- After 10:00 PM: €50 supplement.
- No entry is possible after 11:00 PM.
Departure Day : Final cleaning is included; we simply ask that you leave the accommodation in a suitable condition, ensuring to wash the dishes and dispose of all your waste. Thank you.

Outstanding location, excellent for accessing all that Paris has to offer. Mikael had a great check in. Lots of space for a family with three separate floors, and 4 bedrooms. Property lacked some essential kitchen items (oil, vinegar, grater, collander, oven mitts). Electrical outlets missing in main floor bathroom. We were unaware of ongoing consturction immediately outside, early in the morning which was noisy.

Fantastic location and wonderful host. Not easy to find, but that’s the point! A few blocks from the Arc de Triomphe and the Charles DeGaulle Étoile Metro, getting you everywhere you would want to go. A very safe rental as it is nestled behind a somewhat nondescript door that leads to other apartments. Several supermarkets in the neighborhood, as well as some good restaurants that are very affordable. Kitchen has a washer and dryer, huge refrigerator, dishwasher, and all of the kitchenware you might need. The rooms are spacious and were perfect for our group of 6. Mini splits are in each bedroom in case you get warm or cold. Special “thank you” to Mickael who met us when we arrived and gave us an overview of the rental and neighborhood. Stay here. You will not regret it!

The house is in fact hidden from the street which provides a very quiet stay despite the entrance on a busy street, Avenue de Wagram, just a quick two minute walk from the Arch de Triomphe!There were three adult couples, all in our sixties. The house provided plenty of space for privacy and also for gatherings.Michael was beyond compare in welcoming us to the “Secret House”, explaining all of the amenities in great detail as well as sharing his vast experience of Paris, offering many suggestion for the neighborhood and all around Paris.If we’re ever to visit Paris in the future, we would say at the “Secret House” again without hesitation.
