This was the best VRBO we have stayed at. Communication was so thorough and easy. The home is so comfortable and welcoming. Tellico Village is amazing! We will be back.

The location of the house is perfect. It was centralized and was close to the Wellness Center. The house had everything we needed for our week long stay. The hosts were responsive to any questions we had. Thank you.

Wonderful home to relax in with high vaulted ceilings & sky lights and a spacious screened in porch off the living room. The kitchen was modern & well stocked with a laundry room located off of it. Communication with the owners was informative & timely. Would stay here again if in the area.

We arrived at the property, nice area and view. Once inside we noticed the home hadn’t been cleaned. The bathroom and shower were dirty. Kitchen was dirty, old food and milk over a month old in refrigerator . Stove was filthy with grease. Bed linen’s hadn’t been changed. Contacted the owner who was very apologetic and said she would get her cleaning company out as soon as possible. We went to dinner and came back to the cleaning person still cleaning. We didn’t want to get in her way so we stayed outside ( 40 degrees out). She finally finished at 9:30pm. She said we wouldn’t be responsible for the cleaning fee when we left the house. We contacted the owner and told her that the cleaning person said we would not be responsible for the cleaning fee which was great. We said that we didn’t feel we should have to pay for the first night since the house was dirty and we were inconvenienced. The owner said no, but did offer us an additional nights stay. Unfortunately we had a flight to catch and jobs to return to. One of her text comments was that “this not a hotel”. Also one of her texts was “this was not my fault”. We feel if you own a property to rent it’s your responsibility to ensure that everything is in order for guests. This was our first time renting through VRBO.
