A proposito di questa villa struttura in affitto
Welcome to Villa Luceo Périgord, located in Coly-Saint-Amand, between Sarlat-la-Canéda and the Lascaux caves, in the heart of the Périgord Noir.
Once a traditional barn, this 320 sqm home blends Dordogne character with modern comfort.
The villa features 5 A/C bedrooms, each with en-suite shower room, premium bedding (king or twin) and storage.
The 80 sqm living area combines a cozy lounge, dining room and fully equipped kitchen – oven, microwave, dishwasher, coffee machine and all you need to cook together with ease.
Two mezzanines add extra charm: a home-cinema for movie nights and a reading-and-games nook loved by kids.
A laundry room with washer and dryer makes long stays convenient, and high-speed Wi-Fi keeps everyone connected.
Outside, enjoy the 16 m heated lap pool (open Apr–Oct, heated May–Sept, weather dependent) with salt treatment for soft, chlorine-free water.
The large terrace offers an outdoor kitchen with BBQ, plancha and sink, a lounge area and a pétanque court under mature trees.
Private parking for four cars is provided.
Perfect for families and friends, Villa Luceo Périgord is the ideal base to explore the Dordogne’s best – Sarlat, Lascaux, markets, châteaux and canoe trips on the river.
