Stayed at Linda’s rental with family for a few days in August. We all commented on how helpful and pleasant Linda was and we’d all go back. Exactly as described. Well kept and clean, great views and very close to local activities.

The hostess was lovely. The property was listed as smoke free and the hostess even messaged me asking if we had any smokers. However the apartment smelled like a dirty ashtray! The smell was horrible! There was popcorn on the floor and we didn’t even have any popcorn. I’ve never left a bad review but everything we brought back home with us needed to be washed from the cigarette smell so I feel I should alert others because it was listed as smoke free and it wasn’t. If you are a smoker then it would be ok. We are not, luckily the weather was ideal and we spent most of the time on the awesome deck! Parking was plentiful and appreciated and access to the water for kayaking was easy!
