Stephen's home is on a quiet, residential street and is well maintained. It is a bit rustic, as the name implies, but it's perfectly cleaned and well stocked. One thing to note: If you stay in a shoulder season, when the temperatures are cooler, the only heat source is in the family room. There is no heat in bed or bathrooms, so plan accordingly. Stephen was great at communicating.

The location was nice. Quiet and in the woods just a short walk to the beach.

For the second time, we had a relaxing stay at this cute house. The weather has been beautiful so we have been outside in the yard in the evenings, playing and eating. Our party of four adults and three young children had plenty of room. The house is well stocked and just a five minute walk to the beach. The soft serve stand and the general store are nearby and York Beach village is walkable via a quiet dirt road.
