The second bedroom has a lovely queen size bed and an open wardrobe. To access this bedroom you walk through the office. The third bedroom has a queen size bed with a built in wardrobe. The office has a desk and monitor to ensure if you need to work whilst here you can do so comfortably. The cupboard also contains some books and boardgames to keep you entertained. The main bathroom is large and includes a bath. The toilet is separate to the bathroom to maximise privacy. One of the features of this house is the generous size under-covered deck which looks out over the full fenced yard. The deck features a large 8 seater dining table, lounge and a Webber BBQ. This is a lovely quiet street with elderly neighbours so please keep noise to a minimum. You will have full access to the property, except the shed out the back. Please note, there is no driving/ parking of cars allowed through the side gate and into the carport, however there is plenty of parking for two cars in the driveway and also off-street parking.
