Please contact us before making an online booking during music festivals dates. Restrictions may apply.
Holiday dates are excluded from the cancellation policy because all holiday dates are non-refundable.

The property lived up to our expectations. The views were stunning! The title pools on the shore were absolutely amazing, our kids couldn’t get enough of watching the sea urchins, crabs and beautiful tropical fish that were right there to watch until the tide came in. The security team were polite and courteous, and went out of their way to make us feel at home. The location was also excellent. There were multiple places to eat and buy groceries with in a short walking distance and a fabulous restaurant right across the street. The main beach was also a short walk away. We also loved the local cat, Crystal, who was there to greet us every time we ventured to it from the property. Cristina, our concierge, was amazing and super responsive to every question that we had about what to do and who to rent from. She also saved us from a stressful situation when we accidentally locked the passports in the room safe. She helped get it unlocked in no time. totally would stay at the property again.

Great property! The views from the balcony are amazing and the sunset views from the beach in front of the property are breathtaking! There are good restaurants within a short ten minute walk and many more options if you walk about twenty minutes into the Tamarindo beach area. We really enjoyed the pool area. Thank you for a memorable trip!

This property would be a five star review, if not for the multitude of small maintenance issues. I’m sure they would have been addressed, but who wants maintenance in and out of their unit during vacation? Shortly after arriving, maintenance used the door code to come in and work on the air conditioning, which would have fine if we would have known they were coming. The hot tub kept flipping the breaker, so we couldn’t use it the first 2 nights. The oven went through a beeping cycle every few minutes, but the digital panel didn’t even work, so we couldn’t turn it off or use the oven. The stove numbers had all been scrubbed off so it was trial and error. The carbon monoxide detector was in a bowl in the kitchen with the batteries out. The master closet light was out so I had to use a flashlight for the safe. That all being said, the condo was as pictured. Lots of space! The view was incredible and there are 2 balconies. The beach has mangroves for shade and lots of lava rock and tide pools to explore. If you want to swim, you might have to go to Tamarindo Beach, which is somewhat walkable, depending on your fitness level. I would stay here again as long as I knew all the little maintenance issues were fixed.
