We offer you a vacation apartment that was completely renovated in 2021, featuring a stunning panoramic view surrounded by nature. It has a separate entrance on the garden side.
The cozy living/dining area is furnished with modern, tasteful furniture. You’ll enjoy a magnificent view of the greenery from both the sofa set and the dining area. The spacious kitchenette blends harmoniously into the room. It is equipped with a refrigerator (including a freezer compartment), a four-burner stove, an exhaust hood, a dishwasher, an electric kettle, a coffee maker, a toaster, as well as dishes, silverware, and cooking utensils. The sofa, equipped with a high-quality mattress and box spring, serves as a second sleeping area (sleeping surface: 160 x 200 cm). A 50-inch smart TV and a stereo system are also available. Wi-Fi is included.
The bedroom also faces the garden and is furnished with light-colored furniture. It features a double bed (sleeping area: 180 x 200 cm) and a linen closet. The coat rack and a walk-in closet are located in the hallway. The spacious and inviting bathroom includes a shower, toilet, and sink. A hair dryer is provided. Towels and bed linens are included. All windows are equipped with electric roller shutters and insect screens.
In our garden, we have a lovely spot with outdoor furniture ready for you. The vacation rental includes its own terrace. Enjoy the evening atmosphere and the view here after an eventful day.
Bakeries, butchers, supermarkets, doctors, pharmacies, and various restaurants are within walking distance.
Hiking trails start right outside the front door. Explore the seven peaks of the mystical Siebengebirge or the beautiful routes of the Rheinsteig, Westerwaldsteig, and Wiedtal. Explore the surrounding area by bike, e-bike, or mountain bike. The Siebengebirge, Westerwald, and the Rhine, Sieg, and Wied valleys offer a wide range of options, from leisurely cycling to more athletic rides.
In the mood for shopping or culture? The charming cities of Bonn (25 minutes), Cologne (35 minutes), and Koblenz (45 minutes) invite you to visit with their Rhineland charm, numerous shops, museums, and interesting cultural programs. During the pre-Christmas season, these cities draw visitors with their atmospheric Christmas markets. Your hosts will be happy to make suggestions for an eventful vacation.

We had a wonderful time on our first trip to Europe. Our apartment was very clean, and we had a view of the beautiful garden in the back of the house. We had plenty of space and a small kitchen to cook our meals. Christa was an excellent host, and provided us with a small oven and extra towels. I highly recommend staying with the Oelmeier's if you are in the Bonn area!

We have had a excellent time during our stay in our "home" in Bad Honnef.
First of all we were very lucky with the weather, seven days with lovely sunny weather, so we had the opportunity to sit outside our "home" during the afternoon and the evening enjoying the spectacular view.
We have had a very full program visiting Köln, Brühl, Bonn (2 days), Königswinter, Bad Honnef-city and we did some walking in the surroundings. We learned a lot about public transport in Germany, it brought us everywhere we wanted. Sometimes we travelled by car.
And last but not least: we thought that the house was in perfect condition and in Christa we had a very nice host. In case of questions or if necessary she helped us out.
In short: a lovely house, a lovely time and a lovely memory!
