Garden Level apartment in ideal central location. Staying in this amazing home with the off-street parking spot conveniently right out back may be the most stress-free way to enjoy Savannah. Renovated well stocked kitchen. 2 bedrooms. 1 Bathroom with combination tub/shower. Newly refinished heart of pine original hardwood flooring. Beautiful living room with dining room combo in front of apartment.

The location was superb -- wiithin walking distance of restaurants and shopping.Having a parking place was a huge plus.

Great location!!!! Across street from fire department so a few alarms were loud in the middle of the night but otherwise it was lively.

We really enjoyed this home. It’s exactly as shown. It’s sufficiently supplied with essentials and has a private parking spot in the back where you enter the home through a well kept garden with table and chairs as well as seating out front to watch people go by.Best of all, for us, it’s downtown and so much is easily walkable to historic sights, shops and restaurants. We would certainly come back again!
