This house was spotless! A/C is very cold if you want to set it there. Very large house. The farming scenery outside views are breathtaking. Plenty room to park a couple trucks pulling boat and charging outlets. 9 minutes to Goose Pond boat ramp.

This place is truly a fisherman’s dream! Perfect location and extremely safe for your boat. I will never stay anywhere else when fishing lake Guntersville!!!
