The house was very clean and well equipped. The house manager was very nice and it was easy to get in and out. I didn’t realize there was no central AC. AC units were in all of the bedrooms. I opened windows as AC units were loud. It is off a county highway, the cars driving by were loud with the windows open. It was clean, has a washer and dryer and was spacious. It was nice to have a refrigerator and 2 full bathrooms. It was very close to the Dreams Park and that is why we selected this property. Summer prices are high, but that’s expected during the summer. The town was adorable. Glad we were able to visit Cooperstown.

This was a beautiful place to stay. Only minutes from the heart of Cooperstown. Highly recommended!

Very nice house. Open layout on 1st floor. Well stocked kitchen. Convenient to lots of Cooperstown amenities (and Ommegang Brewery).

Our overall stay was good. The home is comfortable and has plenty of space and amenities for our family, unfortunately there were issues with the cleanliness in general...it was not done to our expectations or satisfaction. Also, one of the bedrooms upstairs has an extremely high bed to get in and out of and I would caution those who are either elderly or unable to get up and down to be aware of this. Maybe the listing could describe it a bit more. We didn't use the outdoor space due to time constraints however the outdoor seating and grill area could also use some TLC.
