Harbor Village Update: The indoor pool, hot tub and fitness area are open all year-round and included with your stay. The outdoor pool is open Memorial Day weekend through Labor Day weekend. (Outdoor hot tub is expected to be closed for the 2026 season.) Guests are required to review and adhere to the facility rules posted on-site. Importantly, there can be no alcohol or food at the pool facilities.

Three Level Family Condo: Property ID # 370691 - 2 Bedrooms, 2.5 Bathrooms, Sleeps 8. Sleeping Arrangements: Bedrooms 1 and 2 located on upper level with king beds. Lower-level sleeping/living room two sets of twin bunks. Half bath on the main level, Full bath with walk-in shower on the upper level and Full bath with soaker tub on the lower level.
Updated and modern, you’ll fall in love when you first walk in! This condo was recently updated and designed for a renter in mind. You’ll appreciate the custom touches throughout, as well as the fantastic water views from the balconies.
And you’re just steps to the fantastic Harbor Village pools and spas!
AMENITIES INCLUDE: Central air conditioning, gas fireplace, laundry, single stall garage, and lots of extras. The kitchen is fully stocked for everyday meal prep. Dishes, dishwasher, pots and pans, silverware, glass, etc. A standard drip coffee maker is available for guest use. Additional kitchen items include microwave and toaster. Also included: bed linens, bath towels, basic cleaning supplies, and soaps (not personal soaps), and a starter set of paper products.
WIFI and smart TV’s hookups included. The property has a keyless entry lock on the front door for convenient access in and out.
LOCATION: Harbor Village is on the shores of Lake Michigan's sugar sandy beaches with beautifully landscaped grounds, a deep-water marina, indoor and outdoor pool and spa, fitness center, and a gated playground for the children to enjoy. Plus, it's just minutes to historic downtown Manistee, The Riverwalk, world-class golf, public parks and nature trails. The ideal place for family vacations or weekend getaway!

Check in time is after 4:00PM and check out time is before 10:00AM. Please note that we are not able to accommodate early arrivals or late departures from May – September. Any request for additional time will depend on availability of the rental and an additional fee may be added to the stay.
ARRIVAL: There is no formal check-in procedure. Arrival details are sent prior to your check-in date and will include the exact location of the property, parking and entry information. Guests will have a private, secure entrance and the rental is not shared by owners or other guests.
DEPARTURE: We do have a very short checklist we ask renters follow upon departure. It includes making sure the property is left tidy, furniture is in the same place you found it, everything is closed, locked and turned off, and the thermostat is set properly. These items will only take a couple of minutes but help staff immensely.
Please know that all rental policies and house rules are strictly enforced. This includes occupancy limits, age requirements, the ‘no parties’ and ‘no smoking’ clauses or any other rule posted online or within the rental. These are often defined by local ordinances, Homeowner’s Associations or other legal requirements and can result in fines or eviction if violated. We do not provide additional refunds for cancellations, late arrivals or early departures except as required in the posted cancellation policy.
For safety reasons, there may be external security cameras in use. Please contact us if there are any questions or concerns.

Stayed included 2 kids and 4 adults and we all had a great time. House had everything we needed and walkable to a very nice beach and community pool. Would stay again.

We really enjoyed our stay at this charming condo. Super close to the beach with on-site pools and spas as well as a workout room. Lots of room for us and our teenagers. We survived the smoke and haze from the Canadian wildfires and several rainy days during our trip, and this sweet condo made it bearable with lots of boardgames, puzzles, playing cards, and a good selection of streaming options on the television. We went into town for several great meals, went to a movie, and browsed through the cute shops in downtown Manistee. Thanks for a great stay.

This property was awesome! Kids LOVED the bottom level space! Main floor was perfect and spectacular views of the harbor, playground, and we could even see Lake Michigan! Decor was beautiful and place was extremely clean!
We would love to stay here again!

Property was really nice but had to wait to get in due to cleaning crew running behind the condo was still dirty if you walked thru it with socks or bare feet the bottom of your feet would be black, the hot water ran out constantly and the decks were very dirty
it took quite a while for property manager to respond to issues also can’t believe for the price I paid for a week that there was no grill, I would stay here again but 1st experience could have been better great location
