Luxurious apartment, non-smoking, nine of 72 m2, located on the ground floor of a villa, in a residential area, Mediterranean garden, with private parking and GARAGE.
Located near the pedestrian port (150m), the daily Provençal market, elected in 2018 most beautiful market of France (5 mn on foot), and beaches.
Stay without car possible.
Walking access to all the many tourist events is easy.

It was a delight to spend a month this fall at Villa Ma-Ya-Dette/Sanary Sur Mer. The location was excellent for walking to the daily farmers' market and the beach; access to the train to explore the coast (Marseille, the calanques, Bandol, Cassis, Hyeres, St. Cyr, and Aix-en-Provence) was only a short taxi ride away. Coming back "home" at the end of an excursion to this quiet, safe, residential neighborhood and to a well-equipped (3 TVs, 3 bathrooms) and well-furnished abode was always a pleasure. The most up-to-date kitchen inspired my cooking and the sunny sitting area overlooking the garden was my favorite spot. Any concerns that I had about the apartment were responded to immediately. I consider myself lucky and would enjoy returning to Villa Ma-Ya-Dette..
