The location was excellent. The price was reasonable for what you got. It definitely could use a deep cleaning. The kitchen was nice and nearly remodeled the rest of the place needed a lot of upgrading. Perhaps the owner in the process of doing that.

Overall our stay was good, the house fit our needs and was so close to everything we were in Wildwood for with the bonus of 2 parking spaces! It looks as though they have started updating the house some (kitchen, bathroom and back bedroom), however it was not quite as clean as I would expect a rental property to be. It could have used some extra garbage bags, towels, toilet paper and there were no hand towels so we just got a bunch of paper towels. But overall, I was satisfied with our stay for the price we paid!
