Inside, the spaces unfold naturally: the living room, dining area and kitchen share an open layout that breathes. A small desk nook is there for anyone who wants to write, get a bit of work done… or simply flip through a book.

A powder room is also located on this level.

Upstairs, two bedrooms each feature a Queen bed, for a stay of up to four people. A bathroom with shower and bathtub completes the floor.

The terrace invites you to start the day in the sun or end it in the spa. Outside, a fire pit area lets you extend your evenings quietly.

In the neighbourhood, you catch glimpses of the river between the houses, feel the maritime air, and take the car to reach the beach or explore the shoreline.
