The Space:
Welcome to "It's a Butte", where the big mountain experience envelopes all your senses...right from within the convenience of downtown! From this 5 bedroom luxury home, you are surrounded by the natural majesty of Crested Butte and only steps from all there is to offer. This beautiful home has all you need. From its luxury decor, fully equipped kitchen, all new furnishings and bedding, a private hot tub, to the gorgeous views up Paradise Divide and the Slate River Valley. As you enter the home, you will find the first bedroom to the right featuring a King Bed with an Ensuite full bath. You find 2 additional bedrooms, another full bath, and the washer/dryer on the entry floor as well. One bedroom features a custom-built twin over a double bunk bed, and the other bedroom has a Queen.
Make your way upstairs, where you enter into a beautiful open floor plan that looks out over the Slate River Valley and Paradise Divide. Which is arguably the best view in Crested Butte. This floor features a fully equipped kitchen, a 1/2 bath, the dining area, the living area, the master suite, and an additional bedroom. The master suite features a King bed and an ensuite full bath. the 5th and final bedroom has 2 twins. Just off of the kitchen is a large deck with a gas grill. Make your way down the exterior staircase to your private hot tub. Only a few blocks to Elk Ave and less than a block from the free shuttle to the ski resort. It's a butte was everything we hoped it would be. It was convenient, held two families comfortably, and was outfitted with all the necessities.
