The 100 m² property features a living room, a fully equipped kitchen, 2 bedrooms, and 1 bathroom, accommodating up to 4 guests. Additional amenities include high-speed Wi-Fi (suitable for video calls), TV, air conditioning, and a washing machine.
The private outdoor area offers an open terrace, perfect for relaxing. Guests also have access to a shared garden. The property is close to the beach, about 300-350 meters from the house, roughly a 5-minute walk.
A parking space is available on the property, and free street parking is also possible. Pets and smoking are not allowed. The property has no interior steps and provides an area for parking motorcycles and bicycles.

Wonderful property, location, and friendly hosts!

Wir waren im Januar 2019 für 3 Wochen in Chipiona und waren total begeistert von der Wohnung. Die Wohnung war gut ausgestattet und alles was dazu gehört, war sehr sehr sauber. Auch die dazugehörige große Terrasse ist mit allem, was man braucht, ausgestattet. Die Lage der Wohnung entspricht den von den Vermietern gemachten Angaben. Die Vermieter Mari und Antonio sind sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit und stehen mit Rat und Tat zur Seite, wenn man es wünscht. Auch in der Nebensaison gibt es genügend Restaurants/Bodegas die geöffnet haben und die Stadt ist fußläufig gut zu erreichen. Dort gibt es alles was man für den täglichen Bedarf benötigt.
Wir kommen mit Freude wieder.

Pros: Kleine sehr gemütliche Ferienwohnung, alles sehr einladend, alles sauber, für 4 Erwachsene absolut ausreichend, für 6 Personen wäre es meiner Meinung nach zu klein, da nur 1 Badezimmer vorhanden ist. Parken vor dem Haus, Parkplätze sind rar... Die Vermieter hat man ganz selten zu Gesicht bekommen, sie ziehen sich absolut dezent zurück.

Pros: Within 10 minutes walk of the town and two beaches and with a large terrace for sunbathing the property was all that we were looking for. The apartment was clean and well fitted and the owners were unobtrusive but helpful if needed.
