Welcome to Sea Essence, your ultimate escape for a family holiday or luxurious retreat, nestled within walking distance of the pristine Kingsley Beach. This breathtaking multi-level home offers magnificent ocean views, a heated pool, and professionally styled interiors designed for relaxation and indulgence.
Sea Essence features 5 bathrooms, ensuring comfort and convenience for all guests. On the entry level, you'll find a studio, accessible via a sliding door next to the front door, separate from the main house entry. The studio includes a king bed that can be split into two long singles, a kitchenette, a small dining area, and its own bathroom.
The middle level is the heart of the home, with a spacious living and dining area, a rumpus room, and a bathroom and laundry. The gourmet kitchen is equipped with high-end appliances and features a servery that opens to the outdoor area. Step outside to enjoy the amazing heated pool and a covered outdoor lounge area, perfect for relaxing or entertaining.
The top floor boasts four beautifully styled bedrooms and two bathrooms. The master suite features a queen bed, private ensuite. Another queen room offers a private balcony. The third spacious room has two long single beds that can convert into a king. The fourth room includes a king single bed with a trundle king single that elevates to bed height with a proper mattress. The main bathroom on this level includes a bath.
The heated pool allows for year-round enjoyment!
PARKING:
While the driveway is steep, convenient street parking is available. For those feeling adventurous, the driveway leads to a double lock-up garage at the top.

BEDDING CONFIGURATION - Please select which option will best suit your group

OPTION 2: 2 Queen, 1 King Single with King Single Trundle, 2 Long Singles, King
OPTION 3: 2 Queen, 1 King Single with King Single Trundle, 2 King
LINEN & TOWELS ARE SUPPLIED and the beds are made with quality linen. Doonas, and pillows are also supplied.
Additional costs when booking:
Sofa bed $100 per booking with towels and linen hire (children only)
Port-a-Cot $50 per booking with towel, linen and baby blanket hire.
Beach/pool towels are $8 per towel hire/ per booking.
Bond- $2000 is payable with the balance of your accommodation and is refunded 3-5 days from your departure date.
All booking guests, including Airbnb reservations, are required to complete a secure online guest agreement within 24 hours of booking. This includes providing valid photo identification (driver’s licence) and credit card verification
CANCELLATIONS - Booking Fee is not refundable ($150). Please see full terms and conditions. Airbnb Guests please refer to Airbnb's policies.
NO NOISE - The property is in a quiet residential area which is noise sensitive. Any noise after dark that causes neighbours to complain may result in the loss of your bond. ***This property is located in a quiet residential street which is noise sensitive. Any noise after that neighbours complain about will result in the loss of your bond. Do not book if you feel that your guests may breach this term and condition.****
NO VISITORS - We have a strict policy in relation to 'visitors' to the property. A fee of $500 per head will be charged if additional people are found at the property that are over and above the number of beds at the property or guests not registered.

The house was immaculate and the beds were set up correctly (I’d asked for some single beds). The location was excellent, just a short walk to a safe and very quiet beach. It was like being at a resort!

Sea Essence on Kingsley had everything we needed and quite a few things we didn’t know we needed but appreciated! A perfect location with sea views a good number of bedrooms that accommodated the whole family for our Christmas-in-January holiday. The top range appliances in the expansive kitchen (and the large BBQ) made feeding everyone a breeze. The heated pool has glimpses of the sea - with people moving from one to the other throughout the day. All-in-all a fantastic holiday - we look forward to visiting again.

This three storey home was well designed to cater for our multi generational family holiday. Fantastic views, plenty of space and a shower/toilet on each level. The pool and pool area were well used with plenty of space again to accommodate everyone. Only one thing to be aware of if you have elderly family members staying with you is there are three flights of stairs to the bedrooms which are quiet steep.
