Some activities include: charter fishing boats, boat & jet ski rentals, parasailing, dolphin cruises, sunset sailboat cruises, beautiful back bays for boating, tubing, skiing and fishing, the Alabama Gulf Coast Zoo, amusement parks, great restaurants with entertainment for all ages, golf, outlet malls, shopping, live concerts at The Wharf Amphitheater, and of course, plenty of powder-white sand.
Policies:
1. Check in is 4pm | Check out is 10am.
2. No Smoking in condo or on balcony.
3. Two parking passes are included in your quoted price and will be delivered to your condo before you arrive. They must be displayed in your windshield.
4. Pets are NOT allowed.
5. Loud parties or gatherings will not be tolerated.
6. Must be at least 25 years old to rent. For groups of Single Adults, all guests in the group must be at least 25 years of age and proof of age will be required before approving the reservation.

Close to beach. Loved the ease of walking in the area. Very centrally located to shopping and restaurants.

First, the pictures do NOT do it justice. We walked in and all you see are the gorgeous bay windows from edge to edge with a complete view of the Gulf of Mexico. Living room was massive. Dining room was a nice touch especially if you want to have a nice family dinner. Full eat in kitchen with again, a complete view of the Gulf of Mexico.
Both bedrooms are master suites with identical master bathrooms. Rooms were huge. Beds were king size and comfortable.
Stunning condo that makes you feel at home immediately.
Beach is like a 6 min walk away.
If you are skeptical of this stay, DON’T look past this beautiful listing. I will absolutely stay again.

Property was nice and clean with convenient parking and check-in/out procedures. However please note that there is NO hot tub as advertised. If that isn't a must have for you it's a great place to stay.
