This listing is both downstairs apartments — 1623 and 1625 Madison — booked together. Pull into the driveway on the left side of the home and park at the rear. Entry is two steps: a code opens the shared back door into the foyer (turn the deadbolt after entering the code), then each apartment has its own separate door code. All of your codes are released in your digital guidebook once your rental agreement is signed, your check-in form is complete, and your balance is paid.

Please bring the bin back the same day — it can't be left at the curb overnight

Every request has to be manually approved

🔑 Minimum Booking Age
The primary booking guest must be at least 21 years old for an apartment
The primary guest must be present throughout the reservation
The primary guest is responsible for their group, visitors, and compliance with house rules
Reservations that misrepresent the primary guest's age may be canceled in accordance with the applicable booking terms
