This place is absolutely gorgeous with such a great location near the historic downtown. Everything is walkable and it looks refurbished inside.
The only issue is with the large security deposit which is not a hold. The deposit does not get returned to you for 2 weeks. It then may not get processed by your bank for additional 15 days. That is a total of a month. Just something to keep in mind when booking this place.
You can also hear your upstairs neighbors quite loudly. It is an old historic house which adds to its charm.
There were also 2 separate codes for the lockbox that I received as well which led to some confusion on getting in.
