Cocoonr has this flat available to let, situated right in the heart of Dinard. Opening out onto the garden, it is very light and airy. Located on the ground floor, it has a floor area of 65 m² and can accommodate up to 6 guests.
It comprises a large living area, a lounge, a dining room, a fitted kitchen, two bedrooms, a shower room, a separate toilet and an enclosed garden. Hotel-quality 4* bed linen is provided, with the beds made up on your arrival. We’re just waiting for you!
The accommodation is laid out as follows:
- A bright living area with a lounge area featuring a double sofa bed and a TV
- An open-plan fitted kitchen including: an electric kettle, hob, fridge, microwave, oven, coffee maker…
- A dining area with a table and chairs
- Bedroom 1 with a double bed (140x190)
- Bedroom 2 with a double bed (140x190)
- A shower room
- A separate toilet
Outside:
- Terrace and enclosed garden with outdoor furniture
For even greater comfort, the owners have decided to invest in the following additional amenities: dishwasher, hairdryer, washing machine…
The flat is ideally situated in Dinard, in a very pleasant setting. You’ll find all the essential shops nearby, as well as boutiques, restaurants, bars and a market…

If you choose to come by car, you can park directly in the two private parking spaces
