Welcome to this small apartment, refurbished at the end of 2024, ideally located in the heart of the 11th arrondissement at the junction of rue Oberkampf and Saint-Maur.
The apartment, located on the 2nd floor without elevator, comprises one room with a fully-equipped kitchen, a sofa-bed for 2 people and a shower room including toilet.
Equipped with everything you need: bed linen, towels, toiletries, Nespresso coffee and high-speed wifi for remote working.

The accommodation is composed as follows:
- A living room with a sofa bed, a high table for 2 people, TV, a fully equipped kitchen (microwave, hob, nespresso coffee machine, fridge)
- A shower room with shower and toilet

The apartment is ideally located in the heart of the 11ᵉ arrondissement, a vibrant and friendly neighborhood known for its cafés, restaurants, and local markets.

The flat was well located, clean and comfortable. the host was great! If there were any issues or questions, I could call and get help immediately. I would stay there again.
