It is with great pleasure that we offer for seasonal rental, our Grand Chalet standing in the Isère ski resort of Chamrousse 1750, near Grenoble.
This larch chalet, in a typical Alpine style, is built with quality regional materials to bring you maximum pleasure and well-being during your holidays. You will have a wonderful stay that will leave you with incredible memories, with family or friends
The Chalet des Anges is available for rent at all times of the year.
Large Chalet of 107 m² on two levels, fully equipped: with 4 bedrooms, 3 bathrooms, 2 separate toilets, a large living room of 40 m² with wood stove (wood provided) and a convertible daybed, a relaxation area with jacuzzi (whirlpool bath for 2 people). A large S/SW terrace. At the foot of the ski slopes in winter. At the foot of the hiking trails in other seasons. Close to the shops of Chamrousse 1750.

The Chalet des Anges is "ski-in/ski-out": Located 450 meters from the ski schools and 500 m from the shops. In front of the free shuttle bus stop. You can do everything on foot during your stay, no need for a car!
This Chalet is comfortable: 107 m² + 40 m² of terrace on a plot of land of 960 m².
4 bedrooms:
- 1 bedroom with a 140 cm double bed and its shower room
- 1 bedroom with a 140 cm double bed and its shower room
- 1 bedroom with 2 single beds 80 cm x 2
- 1 bedroom with 2 bunk beds 80 cm x 2 and a double bed 120 cm
- 1 160 cm convertible chaise longue in the living room.
- 1 separate powder room
- 2 separate toilets
- A large entrance cloakroom, ski boot rack.
- Panoramic and unobstructed view of the Vercors
- underfloor heating throughout the Chalet
- living room-kitchen of 40 m²
- a large terrace of 40 m²: south/south-west facing

- a 2-person jacuzzi (whirlpool)

Deposit and household cheques
On arrival you will be asked for 2 cheques (or cash) (no credit card!): (returned or destroyed within 3 days maximum of your departure if everything is ok)
- A 1st security deposit of €800 by cheque or cash for the deposit
- A 2nd security deposit of €110 per cash for a household that may not be made

Rental possible directly at the Conciergerie: Bed linen: €12/bed set, €15/double bed set (please bring an extra pillowcase yourself if you wish to use the 2 pillows available/person). Setting up the sheets: €5/bed, €7/double bed. Towel: €4. Hand towel: €3. Dish towel: €1. Indicative price, may fluctuate slightly, in addition to the rental price, to be booked well in advance under penalty of shortage...
The cleaning must be done completely for departure, inventory of fixtures at the end. Thank you!
