Great location

The overall experience was as expected as we have stayed at Sandpiper cove many tones The unit was very clean, and the bed was very comfortable. There was only one issue that was a cause for concern to rent this unit again. As this unit is on the north side of the property, it is very close to 98. The bedroom window and the front door face 98. The traffic noise made it very difficult to fall and stay asleep. This was every night, not just the weekend. Honestly not sure what the property owner could do to help this, but I really think it would be an issue for others as well. Everything else was great, but I will definitely make sure going forward I will rent a more center of complex unit, or up on the beach walk area just do to the noise.

Property was lovely. Good location and suited my needs.

Unit needs dusting- noticed dust and hair on bathroom closet door. Need to provide more dish towels, they only provide 1. Door doesn't always latch all the way so you have to make sure you pull/push the door closed hard. Also recommend a deadbolt or latch close to the top of the door for child safety so they can't open the door. Need new living room furniture- it was dirty looking and stained. One of the chairs also had fabric shredding at the bottom. Tub stopper didn't work. Internet was a little slow. Need to provide at least one more toilet paper roll for longer stays. They only provide 2 and my family stayed 5 nights. Pros : Provided plenty of bath towels which was appreciated. Unit clean overall Bed pretty comfortable Plenty of pillows Washer dryer in unit was useful. Provided a little bit of coffee to get us started.
