Set over three floors in the heart of Salcombe, this well designed five-bedroom home offers a spacious and homely retreat for up to 12 guests. Bedrooms & Bathrooms
Foredecks features five well-appointed bedrooms, providing the perfect balance of privacy and space for families, friends, and groups.
Main Bedroom (Third Floor) – A stunning double bedroom with an ensuite bathroom and rooftop views over the Salcombe estuary.
Twin Bedroom (Third Floor) – Bright and airy, with two full-size single beds, storage and a Velux window.
Double Bedroom with Ensuite (First Floor) – A cozy and stylish bedroom, with its own modern ensuite bathroom and storage.
Double Bedroom (First Floor) – A tranquil room with plush bedding and built-in storage.
Bunk Room (First Floor) – The ultimate kids’ or teenagers’ den, with two full-size bunk beds, a TV, games console, and futon – ideal for movie nights or gaming sessions!
All linen & towels included (please bring your own beach towels).

Well equipped Kitchen – Fully equipped with a range cooker, American-style fridge freezer, Nespresso coffee machine, dishwasher, microwave, and ample storage. The breakfast bar with bar stools is a great spot for morning coffee or evening drinks.

Hot tub – Relax and soak in the warm bubbling water with breathtaking sea views (included for full-week stays & available as an optional extra for short breaks at £250).

Prime location in central Salcombe – tucked away up stairs off Fore Street - you truly have everything Salcombe has to offer on your doorstep - you'll be to the Bake House and back with fresh croissants for breakfast before the rest of your group have made the morning coffee!
Moments from the estuary – Stroll down to the water for boat trips, paddleboarding, or hopping on the ferry to the golden beaches of East Portlemouth.

One parking permit is included for the long-stay car park (10-15 mins walk).

1) Wifi access throughout this property
2) No smoking, vaping, or candles are permitted inside, on the terraced garden area or in close vicinity to the building
3) There is no provision for the charging of electric vehicles or electric bikes. There are public EV car charging points available locally which we can direct you to.
4) All bed linen and towels are included, excluding beach towels.
5) The sauna is included for all bookings. The hot tub is included for all stays longer than a week and is an optional extra of £250 for shorter stays.
6) Two well behaved dogs are permitted at this holiday home, subject to our simple dog rules and a small additional charge.
7) Due to the accommodation being set over three floors, it may not be suitable for those with mobility issues.
8) All stays include access to 1 permit for the long stay car park in Salcombe.
9) Complimentary access to our Salcombe Abode inclusive concierge service, together with a luxury Salcombe Abode welcome pack on arrival.

This property is ideal for a large family group. We had teens at 16 years to their grandparents at 80 and the house worked well for all of us. The property is clean and well presented but still practical so you can relax in it. It was very well set up in terms of equipment and facilities.
The hot tub and sauna were a surprising godsend to our break, giving us plenty of things to do around the house when the weather wasn’t fantastic. The location both in the town centre and Salcombe was just amazing for when the weather was great. We had an absolutely super time and would like to thank our hosts very much for all their help and hospitality.
