This place is how every VRBO listing should operate! Kevin is so thoughtful and thorough in all areas of preparation and departure Everyone thought the mattresses were very comfortable but I do wish the master suite had a king bed.

The home was clean and in a great location and had plenty of space for our group. Kevin went above and beyond in making sure we could access the home without problems, being available for questions, and quickly responding to messages.

Kevin is a great host. Super communicative and responsive. His place was perfect for our two days to watch the football game. 5 stars and super clean.
