We went for a girls trip with 8 of us. Plenty of room, comfortable beds. Beautiful view and grounds. The only complaint is we had no trash bags, just very small ones. Make sure you bring shampoo and conditioner and soap. Overall a great stay and would return.

Let’s start with the pros. The location can’t be beat. Beautiful ocean front views, close to the pool and beach. Lots of walking trails in the resort. Loved it. Easy communication with property management. Accommodation was as pictured. Plenty of towels. Quiet family area. Now for the cons. In our party we had a 3 year old and a 2 year old. This was not the ideal property for them. The upholstery, bedding and rugs are white. The dining table is glass with sharp corners. We improvised a safety solution. A member of our party is allergic to cats and dogs and although they don’t allow renters to bring pets, a pet has been in the unit. It was a week long issue for our family member. Two suggestions for the owner; buy a new dishwasher and upgrade the toaster. This was not the best rental for our family, but it may be good for others.

This 3 bedroom with en-suite baths worked well for 3 couples. The condo is very comfortable- nicely furnished and equipped, especially the kitchen. Beach out front is beautiful and views from the condo are great. We’ve stayed in a number of different places on Amelia - we’d definitely stay here again.
