Wailea Ekahi 36B is a great ground floor location with lush garden views. This 1bedroom/2 bath condo offers the perfect Hawaiian retreat!
Welcome to Ekahi 36B! This lovely condo offers everything you need for your Hawaiian Holiday! You will fall in love with this garden level private lanai surrounded by beautiful tropical foliage. Spend your days relaxing or enjoy dining outdoors. The floor to ceiling sliding glass doors allow for seamless indoor/outdoor living.
The spacious and inviting living area is a great place to gather after a day of enjoying all Maui has to offer. There is a sofa, large flat screen TV, ceiling fan and AC through out to keep cool any time of year. Eat in! Kitchen is fully equipped with all any home chef would need to whip up a quick bite or a gourmet meal. The dining area allows seating for four.
At the end of a fun filled day drift off to sleep for the perfect nights rest, the primary bedroom offers a comfy large king bed. There is also a flat screen TV and ceiling fan. The ensuite bath offers a spa feel with beautifully tiled shower and large vanity.
The guest bath is complete with shower. Washer/Dryer allow for lighter packing.
Located in the heart of Wailea, this complex offers 4 different pools to enjoy, including a large beachfront pool and pavilion! Wailea Ekahi no longer allows private grills but they offer a beautiful gas grilling area at the community Pavilion. You also have direct beach access onto Keawakapu Beach, a beautiful beach that is perfect for beach walks and family beach days! Head to the left to access the world famous Wailea Beach Path, or head to the right for sunset cocktails at the nearby restaurants! It doesn't get much better than this!
New Fitness Center. The facility is available from 7:00 AM to 10:00 PM daily. Located just inside the Beach Pavilion, there are 3 pieces of cardio equipment, dumbbells ranging from 1-50 lbs, and a few other accessories that provide a full body workout. You must be 18 or over, sign a waiver of release, and no swim attire is permitted. Close-toed athletic shoes are required and ask that users dress appropriately.
Other things to notePlease note: Upon confirming your reservation, we will request your personal email address. A company specific rental agreement will be emailed to the provided address. Once we have received your completed rental agreement, detailed arrival instructions will be emailed to you one week prior to your stay.
Important notice 1/5/26: The Pavilion Pool at Ekahi is anticipated to undergo resurfacing sometime between August 16 and October 16, 2026. While a formal schedule has not yet been confirmed by the Board, this timeframe is based on current projections and is subject to change.
“Update 6/24/27: Please be advised that Unit 36C is scheduled for a kitchen renovation project beginning approximately July 20, 2026, and continuing through August 30, 2026. This may cause noise disruption"

The condo development is excellent. However this unit, 36B, is very noisy as it is right next to a very busy street. The lanai is very noisy and often conversation is not possible. It would have been nice to know that when making the selection.

This property has a great layout for a one bedroom with having the extra bathroom. We didn't use the outdoor patio much because the property is right next to the street and there is no view as it is on the ground floor and surrounded by trees and shrubs.

Only 5 minutes to oceanfront paradise. Unit was great. Stayed cool all day. Private. Pull out couch not the most comfortable, and small hot water tank meant quick showers. Overall, a great place I’d stay at again.

Biggest issue was the lani, furniture is exactly as pictured but condition was not. We never got to use it, very shabby and neglected. Plantings were missing or dead and spare in the hedge along the road. Furniture was covered in spiderwebs and dirt. Carpets are worn down and faded. Toilet in master ran and flushed on its own( after two attempts to fix it still did it when we left) shower head did not work(was fixed). Master bath wasn’t clean including the bathmat,(cleaned my self) .Unit really needs a good cleaning, all the rugs and carpet have stains. Drapes are stained. Unit is spacious, overall grounds on property are nice. Large pool near the ocean was lovely( it is a distance down hill from the unit. The pool closer was very cold in January and February.Initial contact with host was great , quick response to the toilet and shower head, then nothing, we tried four times with issues. The only response,again and again was a sorry and we will get back to you, and nothing.
