Convenient location - short walking distance to town, playground, Gingerbread Houses, and short bike ride or drive to beach, golf course, harbor, and great fishing spots. Perfect for family vacations or romantic getaways.
Please feel free to bring your own linens from home or rent for conveniency from a local service where all linens are properly laundered and ready for use upon arrival. Sheeting and pillowcases needed for: 2 Queen Bed and 2 twin beds There are bathroom rugs/mats and kitchen dish towels in the house. Each bed has a light quilt, extra blanket, mattress protector and pillow(s) provided.

We had a great time, our second time renting this property, both times were great. Upstairs area is great for the kids. Location is great, short walk to downtown. Excellent AC as well.

My friends and I had an awesome time on MV. Again, many thanks to host for having this house avaible on VRBO.The house was conveniently located for me and my friends. It was an easy walk to the MVCMA and to town. The beaches were a short drive away. Tony's Market was just a couple of blocks away for any last minute items. The house was tidy and comfortably fit 5 adults. It would definitely work a family with children. The furniture was in good condition. The mattresses were comfortable. We brought our own linen. There was plenty of room for parking. The kitchen had all the necessary utensils for cooking and there was a dishwasher. The Gas grill outside worked great. Laundry conveniently available in the cellar. The backyard was large and wellmained. Our host Andrea answered all our questions in a timely fashion. There was no hot tub on the property during our stay..... not a deal breaker breaker for my group.

Very clean, spacious open concept. Easy walk to town. Very responsive host . For example, when the coffee maker died a new one magically appeared on the front doorstep in short order. Would stay again!
