Newly remodeled second story apartment, 3 blocks from the beach, 3 blocks from the train, main street/restaurants and shopping. It is outfitted with every necessity for a wonderful shore experience, with adorable porch. Zero tolerance for excessive partying and noise!! No smoking please. No pets.

The kitchen is equipped with all necessary dining and cookware, a toaster, a microwave and grind-n brew.

Everything was great. Peaceful neighborhood, close to beach as advertised. Lots of good restaurants. My only complaint was the bed needs to be at least a queen not a double. Other than that we liked it.

Very clean comfortable place to stay in a very pleasant quiet neighborhood, with just 3 blocks to extensive, beautiful, well managed beach. An easy walk for those in good shape. We often drove over and parked as we had beach chairs, umbrella etc to take. (there was usually parking available, either paid or free in late June if we got there by 9:00 am lr later on nice days, especially near 20th Avenue).
The apartment is not fancy but comfortable, in line with a beach area property. It retails the old original late 1800s style doors and windows which retain a certain rustic charm, but some of them are not in the best shape or appearance. Some of the furnishings are older, some fine, some could be updated. The bed in bedroom and fold out couch bed in living room were both comfortable. The bathroom is adequate but small and not very updated. The wonderful porch is a big plus. It adds a lot of extra open space and being on second floor provides a pleasant peaceful place to eat and enjoy the nice, quiet neighborhood.
