Just a few steps down Rue Jean Dollfus, you can:
- Stroll along the beaches and sip cocktails (1 min walk)
- Taste tapas at Loka Bar Kitchen or have a drink at Charly’s Bar in Le Suquet (3-5 min walk)
- Shop on Rue d’Antibes (9 min walk)
- Reach the Palais des Festivals (less than 12 min walk)

Parking is paid on the surrounding streets. Feel free to contact us to reserve your parking space in the city.
Household linen provided (sheets, towels, bath mats, dish towels…)
Daily essentials provided on arrival (shower gel, shampoo, coffee, water…)
Concierge service at your disposal throughout your stay.
Check-out by 11 AM and check-in from 4 PM (flexible depending on our availability; please let us know if you wish to arrive earlier or leave later, and we will accommodate whenever possible).
Check-ins can be in person until 7 PM.
Late arrivals are available until 10 PM upon request and for an additional fee.
After these hours, check-ins are only possible via key boxes.
All key boxes are located on the facade of our premises at 85 avenue du Maréchal Juin in Cannes, and keys should be collected from this address for all key box check-ins.
We inform you that in order to finalize any reservation, external secure links are transmitted to you as part of our internal organization.
