Yes! You CAN see the dock from most every area within the home!
Open great room with plenty of comfy furniture to relax and many windows allowing for natural sunlight and views of the Smith Mountain Lake. Living room has flatscreen TV w/Comcast service. Fully equipped kitchen with breakfast nook and stools at the raised countertop - plus formal dining room with enough seating for everyone! Sunroom with outdoor furniture located off the kitchen. Main level also offers a 1/2 bathroom and the master bedroom with spacious attached bathroom.
The lower level has 3 bedrooms and a flex room - 1 with a king bed, 2 with 2 twins each and the fourth bedroom with 2 sets of triple bunk beds (bunks do not have side rails). There's also a family room with flatscreen TV and direct access to the lakeside patio.
Flat walkway to SANDY BEACH and dock. Floating dock available for boat tie-up, jet ski port, electricity and lights.
The quiet, no-wake cove allows for the perfect spot for floating!
Sorry, covered boat slip & hoist not available for tenant use.
Open, flat yard offers great space for children to play and for yard games (cornhole boards available). Gas grill, FIRE-PIT and PADDLEBOARD available for tenant use.

If you are placing your reservation thru VRBO or one of the Expedia channels and your anticipated visit is more than 90 days away, you will see 2 separate charges within 72 hours of placing your booking. From that point on, additional payments will be made directed to Lake Retreat Rental Properties, LLC.

CANCELLATION POLICY: If a reservation is cancelled with at least 90 days prior notice, 1/2 of the pre-paid rental payment will be refundable. The large house is situated in a quiet cove, with trees on the property for privacy but still close enough for lovely water views from the house. The lot is relatively flat as claimed in the listing and the sandy beach was vital to our group that included a toddler. The site included a screened porch, a large deck and open yard. Appreciated the canoe and standup paddle board.
Inside of the house was spacious and mostly very nice. The 5th bedroom is clearly a minimally converted portion of the basement with no window, air exchanger in the closet and a door with direct access to the outside.
Aside from that, the only issues were incomplete cleaning in the kitchen and bathroom and need to pick up/drop off keys at the realty agent.

GREAT place!! Just as the pictures portray! The beach was amazing, especially for little ones!
