This place was absolutely stunning. Very clean and close to everything. You can walk to Nikki beach and many shops and restaurants. Please check out Le Piment.

The location was nice it was near a lot of beach clubs. The house itself was super clean and organized. Looked just like pictures. We had a cleaning crew that the host used and it was great. There is parking which is nice and there is a small pool/jacuzzi which was cleaned. We had a chef come that was super nice. The outdoor space is very peaceful and some cats walked by! Some downsides were there is no air conditioning in the living room but in the rooms there are. Also, the front does not have a closed railing it’s only shades which makes it a Little unsafe that anyone can come in. Another small issue is that the check in is at 4 pm which was difficult for us since we flew in the morning but she let us in at 3! The host was super helpful, answered whenever we had a question. Overall I would rate this a 4/5

The place is above pictures on website. Location is perfect a few minutes or seconds from the beach and Saint Jean shopping area without any nuisance.
The house is beautiful, very well equipped for a rental, and perfectly clean and new.
Way better to stay here than in a more expensive hotel in the island.
Host is always available and helpful, process for check in and check out very easy.
Will come back with no hesitation!
